Terms and conditions 

Membership conditions

1 - Your membership will begin on the day you join, unless stated otherwise.
2- When paying by direct debit, an initial payment will be required to cover the period up to your first direct debit.

3 - Recurring direct debit membership requires 30 days notice to cancel your membership.

4 – If for any reason you choose to cancel your payment, you must inform us via phone or email, so we can update our records here at Reformed HQ.

5 - If you’re scheduled payment fails and you continue to use the gym. You will be charged at the daily rate of £7 per day. A member of the team will try to contact you on the details you provided when you set up your membership, but it is your responsibility to ensure the payments are made on time. 


IMPORTANT You can cancel your membership by stopping the direct debit via your bank online, but you must make sure you have made the club aware before doing so. Failure to notify the club before you cancel may incure charges out of our control. We are not held responsible for any payments that come out after you think you have cancelled.   

Facility access 

1 - You must scan your membership card or Clubright QR code to register your attendance for safety, security and insurance purposes.

2 – Your access card and Clubright app is for your personal use. It cannot be shared with anyone else. 

Use of equipment 

1 - we ask that you respect the equipment and you are required to return the equipment to their original state when you have finished, including; Return weights and bars to the rack, Unload plates from machines and bars for the safety of you and others, please follow all equipment operating and safety instructions on the equipment. 

General conditions of entry

1 - failure to comply by these conditions, may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.  ENTRY will be refused, or you may be requested to leave the facility if:  You are using abusive language or behaving in a threatening way; You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol You are not complying with the rules that are stated on the website and in the gym. 

NON SMOKING - Reformed fitness is a non-smoking fitness establishment. The smoking of cigarettes or electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the car park and other outdoor areas. 

CLOTHING - All members and guest must wear suitable clothes; we do not allow members to train with their tops off. Enclosed sport shoes, must be worn at all times whilst training. 

PARKING - Parking on our premises is at your own risk, Reformed Fitness is not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents. Parking is free of charge.  

Physical condition and no medical advice

All members must complete a Parq on the ClubRight app, or in person at the gym before entering the facilities. Members must confirm that they are in good physical health and have no medical reasons or impairments that would prevent them from using Reformed Fitness Gym.  All members understand that if they have any health or medical concerns, they will need to discuss them with the doctor before using the facilities. 

Social media

All members understand that when tagging @reformedfitnessltd or being tagged by Reformed Fitness personal trainers they’re images will appear on our social media accounts.
